These terms are an agreement between you and TCGVendr ("the app", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
TCGVendr is a discovery platform for trading-card shows: vendors publish previews of inventory they plan to bring, attendees browse and search it, and users can signal interest and message each other. TCGVendr is not a marketplace: no purchases, payments, shipping, or escrow happen in the app. Any transaction you arrange is made in person, at your own judgment, directly with the other party — we are not a party to it and are not responsible for it.
Prices shown in the app are sellers' asking prices or third-party market estimates. They are informational only and carry no guarantee of accuracy.
You must be at least 13 years old. Sign-in uses one-time email codes; keep access to your email secure, since anyone with it can access your account. You're responsible for activity on your account, and the information you provide must be yours and accurate.
You own the content you create — inventory entries, listings, show submissions, messages, and your profile. You grant us the license needed to host and display that content to the users your settings make it visible to (see the Privacy Policy for the visibility rules). You're responsible for what you publish: listings should describe cards you actually possess and intend to bring.
These rules exist so the app stays useful and safe. Content or behavior that breaks them may be removed, and accounts may be suspended or terminated — we have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Do not:
The app provides in-line safety tools: you can block any user from a conversation (they can no longer message you) and report any message (long-press it). We review reports promptly — generally within 24 hours — and remove violating content and, where warranted, the accounts that posted it. To report something outside a conversation, use Settings → Report a problem or email support@tcgvendr.com.
Show listings are community-submitted and reviewed before publication, but details (dates, venues, hours) can change outside our control — verify with the organizer before traveling. Card names, images, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners (including The Pokémon Company and other game publishers); TCGVendr is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Catalog and pricing data is provided by third parties and may contain errors.
You can stop using TCGVendr at any time and delete your account in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or abuse the service.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of pricing or show data, and uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (currently: nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the operator's residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
